75 Years Of Service Celebrated At Apex Leeds

 

Apex Stainless Fasteners Leeds recently marked an incredible milestone, celebrating a combined 75 years of dedicated service from three longstanding team members.

 

Branch Manager Graham Brook, Regional Sales Manager Julie Callaghan and Warehouse Manager David Micklefield each reached an impressive 25th service anniversary with the company.

 

To mark the occasion, Managing Director Steve Forbes attended Leeds to congratulate the staff commenting: "I was truly delighted to recognise the outstanding service and unwavering commitment the team continue to show towards our business. Their dedication, professionalism, and collaborative spirit are inspiring. It is a privilege to work alongside such a fantastic and devoted team of people."

The staff members were presented with plaques commemorating their service, along with gifts and cake, as a token of appreciation.

Reflecting on her time at Apex so far, Regional Sales Manager Julie Callaghan said: "From starting in Sales to becoming Sales Manager, these 25 years have been about much more than a career - they've been about people.

I've worked alongside colleagues I've known for over 28 years, a manager who has been part of my journey since I was 16 and customers who have become friends.

Through every high and low - including the company's incredible support during my recent diagnosis - I have been reminded how lucky I am to be part of a place that feels like family.

Thank you Apex for the last 25 years."

 

Graham Brook also shared his reflection, as he commented: "I would like to thank all involved in choosing our thoughtful gifts, for which we are all truly thankful.

Over the last 25 years together, we have shared many occasions: births, marriages and sadly deaths.

We have seen customers become colleagues and colleagues become customers. We have formed friendships with both, some that will last a lifetime.

We have shed blood, sweat and tears together in pursuit of our careers, with the mutual goal of making the company as successful as possible.

Here's to the next 25 years!"
