  • Live tracking via the DPD app or website.

With Palletways, you’ll now benefit from:

  • Reliable palletised freight solutions across the UK and Europe.
  • Premium and economy services, with delivery windows typically between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Full tracking via the Palletways portal.

Tracking Your Packages

All shipments are fully traceable:

  • DPD: One-hour delivery window and live tracking via app or website.
  • Palletways: Track your pallet online using the provided tracking number.
  • Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) and Proof of Delivery (POD) are available by contacting our sales team with your order or consignment reference.

International Deliveries

International deliveries will remain the same as before, please speak to your sales representative for more details.

Credits/Returns

Returns are now managed through our new delivery portals:

  • For parcels, use the DPD app or website to request a return label and drop off at your nearest DPD Pickup Point.
  • For pallets, contact our support team or use the Palletways online help centre for guidance.
  • Full instructions are provided with your order and on our website.
