Returns

  • Returns are managed through our new delivery portals. For parcels, use the DPD app or website to request a return label and drop off at your nearest DPD Pickup Point. For pallets, contact our support team or use the Palletways online help centre for guidance.

When will my order arrive?

Most UK orders are delivered next day. You’ll receive a one-hour delivery window from DPD, or tracking details for Palletways shipments

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are fully trackable via the DPD app/website or the Palletways portal

 

Are there changes to costs or thresholds?

Delivery charges and thresholds remain the same for most services. Any changes will be communicated in advance

 

What if there’s a problem with my delivery?

Contact our support team immediately. Both DPD and Palletways offer robust support and claims processes for lost or damaged goods
