Credits & Returns Policy

All goods must be checked and signed for upon receipt. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to the Company in writing within 7 working days of delivery. Claims made outside of this period may not be accepted.

 

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with the goods received, it is essential that you notify a member of our sales team as soon as possible. This allows us to investigate the matter promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a collection, replacement, or credit at a mutually convenient time.

 

Once the goods have been returned and inspected, credits will be processed as quickly as possible in accordance with our internal procedures. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the nature of the return and the volume of returns being handled.
