Apex has invested in a new Wednesbury warehouse to increase stock capacity and improve delivery speed and efficiency. Initial transition challenges have now been resolved, and performance across all metrics remains strong. Today, 98.5% of items are delivered to UK and Ireland customers by 6 pm the next day - and we continue to invest in further improvements.

We strengthened our end-to-end service - from warehouse operations to customer care - to make ordering and delivering seamless.
