Apex Stainless Fasteners Wraps Up the Year with December Staff Update Day

 

Apex staff logged off for the day on Friday, as we hosted a December Staff Update Day at the company's Wednesbury office, brining employees together for a day focused on reflection, collaboration and celebration.

 

The event began with refreshments on arrival, followed by a company update that reviewed highlights from the last year and outlined plan and priorities for the year ahead. The update provided staff with insight into the company's performance and future direction, reinforcing a shared sense of purpose across the business.

The Team Challenge always proves to be a key highlight of these events, with this Staff Day being no exception. Staff teamed up and participated in a very on-theme, fastener-centred challenge, stirring friendly competition, as prizes were up for grabs!

 

After a day of updates and team building, Apexers enjoyed a festive-style brunch and brand new merch, including mugs and lapel pins, as well as Christmas cards from MD Steve Forbes, as a token of appreciation.

 

The celebrations continued later in the evening, when staff reconvened for a Christmas dinner, marking the festive season and rounding off the year on a high note.
